Founder & Lead Naturalist
30+ years of guiding across Nepal. Founded Nature Treks in 2007. President of Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN). Naturalist with a focus on birds, ethnobotany, and mountain ecology.
Megh Ale
Chairman
Ashoka Fellow with 30 years in Nepal adventure tourism. Heads Ultimate Descents Nepal and Borderlands Nepal. Chairman of Nepal River Conservation Trust.
Mahendra Saru
Director & Shareholder
Joined in 2023. Extensive experience in adventure tourism including white-water rafting, kayaking, and mountain biking.
Dr. Kamal Thapa
Conservation Ecologist
PhD in ecology and biology with specialization in snow leopards and mountain wildlife. Advisor to our conservation initiatives.
Binita Ale
Director of Finance
Manages financial operations and brings extensive experience in Nepal's tourism sector.

Vimal leads a carefully selected network of regional guides and porters from Khumbu, Annapurna, Langtang and beyond. All paid above IPPG (International Porter Protection Group) standards, insured, and equipped with cold-weather gear from our own kit room.
