Terms & conditions

Bookings are confirmed once a 25% deposit is received. The balance is due 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at booking.

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• 14 – 29 days: 50% refund.
• Under 14 days: No cash refund — we will always try to credit toward a future trek within 24 months.
• No-show on departure day: No refund.

You must hold travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking to your trek's maximum elevation, plus helicopter evacuation. We will not start a trek without proof of insurance.

We are not liable for trip disruption caused by events outside our control: weather, natural disasters, political unrest, government decisions, or airline cancellations. We will do our utmost to reroute or reschedule.

You agree to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your trek before booking. Our lead guide has final authority on safety decisions, including the authority to descend a trekker showing signs of altitude sickness.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be settled in Kathmandu District Court.
