What we collect

When you enquire or book with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and trip preferences. For bookings, we additionally collect passport details (for permits) and emergency contact information.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry and design an itinerary.
  • To process bookings and arrange permits.
  • To send you trip updates (you can opt out at any time).
  • To meet legal obligations in Nepal.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with: the Nepal Department of Immigration (for permits), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email service (Resend). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records: 7 years (Nepal accounting requirements). Enquiry data without a booking: 2 years, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working, and cookieless Plausible analytics to see which pages are useful. To run and measure our advertising, we also use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These set cookies and share activity — such as pages viewed and enquiries submitted — with Google and Meta, so we can tell which ads lead to genuine enquiries and show relevant ads to people who have visited. To opt out, use your browser's cookie controls or an ad-blocker, or adjust your Google and Meta ad settings.
