When you enquire or book with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and trip preferences. For bookings, we additionally collect passport details (for permits) and emergency contact information.

• To meet legal obligations in Nepal.

We share the minimum necessary data with: the Nepal Department of Immigration (for permits), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email service (Resend). We never sell your data.

Booking records: 7 years (Nepal accounting requirements). Enquiry data without a booking: 2 years, then deleted.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) to understand which pages are useful. No third-party advertising trackers.
